How It Works
Designated employees place orders from easy-to-use online menus, which the caterer receives through a dedicated computer terminal. Upon receipt of an order, the caterer enters a confirmation code, generating an email to the person who placed the order. This email confirmation includes a detailed receipt of the order. SeamlessWeb automatically reconfirms all orders with caterers one day before the scheduled delivery time, so you can be sure that every order placed will arrive when scheduled.
