How It Works

Any employee, or a designated group of catering administrators, log in to SeamlessWeb (or access the site via intranet), order catering or group meals, and enter accounting and billing information such as cost center, client matter number, deal code, or department. Orders may be edited or cancelled online, with all the business rules of the in-house facility built in to the interface to ensure policy compliance; e.g., order minimums, lead-time requirements for rush orders, cancellation policies, etc.

Orders are electronically routed to the in-house facility, where they print from any computer with an Internet connection. Onsite cafeteria managers can run real-time reports to analyze spend, design customized online marketing programs, and aggregate inventory management and purchasing information.
